Because it was based on the Debbo source which was visual basic wich was based on another source but at the time the developers of the projects didn't know the same of the program languange as they do now. They were praised because they could build an server at that time since there weren't really that much sources to learn from.

Bloodline came way after the first emulators of the old school emulators, it was merely an edit of Debbo with a lot of changes.. A lot of the original code wasn't even changed.

It's the same application towards r63 and r63b emulators now . Same concept . Bweng based and worked on. Further work means more on advancing , and when advancing it doesn't necessarily mean it should maintain the way it works . So in this case , sulake is advancing habbo to where shockwave is not required anymore .

Its a sad time shockwave is where it all started for me and if I could I'd still own an old V14 or something it really sucks,
But I guess time moves on and technology moves with the times,

I'll still keep an old debbo server and some DCR's close by I'm sure there will be a chrome plugin of sort (Just for the nostalgia).
