In most cases, small servers will be "safe", however if you get enough online (100+ etc) ; be careful!
Its never safe as retros ARE illegal - so be careful.

Yeah, I own a smallish hotel. I have never received any DCMA's. I am cautious though, you never know what Sulake will do next...
I agree, lets just hope we can one day beat sulake itself and show more about retros. We hosting retros is better than playing habbo.com.
We are more interactive, enjoyable & more of a economy, I have had experiences that would never leave me.

I haven't made a retro for a while now.. so I am not doing anything illegal, all I wanted to know if it was safe to remake one,
but I think I might proceed learning java for minecraft plugins.
