I think a good maintained blacklist could greatly reduce DCMA's. I remember ShenkX maintaining a list back in the days, but sadly he isn't around anymore, so, let's recreate one.

You know that this is pointless right? They could use any VPN or proxy to reach the site. Especially if one of it's c-workers works from home.
