You have to understand something, most of the emu developers work alone. And it doesn't take three minutes to make a emu and update it. Which means its not always possible to make a weekly version. Also gl with your emu which you will make weekly updates.

See now, I am pretty sure Sulake (or its legal department) would have taken parts of the source code from the project held within GitHub and saved them for future reference, then they sent the DMCA to the host.. With parts of the source, would allow them to compare them with future releases, and will allow them to determine its roots. (So if you were to rename Sierra, and they had parts, or even the whole source from your GitHub, they would be able to compare them, and come down with a fair analysis as to who's developing it by comparing the renamed source with the old Sierra source.. If you get what I mean?) - None of the less, best of luck. And oh my, please do look into the date sent along with the DMCA notice to GitHub..

Who said he was going to release it haha

Even though all the prior warning myself and Aaron gave to Quackster, he still said it was a 'shock' and cried, he definitely isn't going to be releasing anything.

What do you mean? lol, by the way you can still get the Sierra source if you know how from Github, and I have his NovaCMS edit.
