    Well, it's not impossible but it's pretty hard. V26 uses the @@/HELLO protocol while R63 uses the policy-file-request shit. Things are just so much different that you have to do an if-statement FOR EVERY (!!) request/composer. This means for like 1000 if-statements. You can better make 2 separated servers on 1 database than make one server with 2 versions.

    Or yeah you make 2 sockets and 2 packet manager system and more than 500 classes for events, that's also an option :)

    How about, two emulators sharing the same database.

    I think I can run butterfly and some old v26 emulator on the same database.

    You can run both at same time unless you don't use different ports.

    He right i tired this with my hotel atm, i have a v26 and r63 running off one cms but using to databases when i was using one database i had so many bugs so i had to make r63_ prefix in the database and v26_prefix truth i didnt need both under a prefix but much more easy to edit

    Of course its free, the only thing that costs money is the hosting and domain, but you can also host small servers on your pc
