What features do you look for in a CMS?

Greetings,

I am plannung to code a CMS for Habbo Retros. However, at the current moment, I cannot decide what features would you guys want from default. Moreover, some technical stuff as well.

So, basically I have planned these:

- Index, Register, Login
- User Utilities (Edit Settings, etc)
- User Profiles (With a guestbook etc)
- News System with comments
- A forum system integrated
- Staff page
- Leaderboards
- Housekeeping Portal

In the technical side,

Would you guys like me to use a Framework like Laravel? Or do you guys want me to use a dependency manager which is Composer.

I'll be collecting a list of features to implement for a while, once it is finalized, I will start coding.
