Woops look what i said as a complete coincidence.

One question have you looked at anything besides the character, the enviroments have been completely re-skinned and nothing is pre-rendered, these are a vast improvement on any of the old halos or any of the games such as the ones you quoted.

Secondly the masterchiefs shadows are rendered in real-time along with the shadows on his armour. This was nothing like what was done in halo 2 where they tried to do this but failed ending up with some wierd ass'd shading problems.

Thirdly this is a beta build has already been pointed out and at the moment they are maxmizing compatibility over looks, meaning they can test all the features rather than a romantic notion of perfectionism.

Something else for you to consider, have any of those games you quoted got their own lore, i don't mean some shite to explain the weapons or whats going on, i mean a real lore that doesn't just help the story but shape it. I think not.

graphic wise it's not what u should expect from the completion of the trilogy of halo
definitely not for a fps that it released 2de half 2007

Which pisses me off, I spent a whole $3 renting it, and it isn't working! haha Although Crackdown in it's own is a pretty sweet game.

What the hell does the game engine have to do with what the graphics look like? Isn't the engine the core coding that makes the game carry out basic commands?

Look up game engineering to answer any questions, also try googling a few things to learn a bit more, before anyone fires back, else you just make a fool of yourself.

Played the Halo3 demo for a few hours...it's flippen awesome.

It was working fine when it first came out, but then as the day went on I found it impossible to get searching for a game, it kept saying something about downloading some files or something and would never let me start a match.

Well I played alllll day today. I only had that problem for a about 5 minutes, other then that it worked fine.

I'm sure it's just trying to find games in your region.

So what is it like people, don't own crackdown. I need infos :evil:

A bit confusing to start with, but now that I know my way around the game it is mega fun. I place a land mine at the end of the path of a man cannon, so that when someone uses it they can see it just before they land and think, 'Uh oh!', and of course then it goes *BOOM* and I get a kill hehe.

If you don't own it, go rent it! Any copy of crackdown gives you the halo3 demo.

I am extremely disappointed with the Beta. Hate me if you will.

The game has created a world wide hype, Kids dressing up like MC, Posters everywhere. The Beta doesn't like up to the reputation of a Halo game.

I found the game to be very slow paced. Unlike Halo 2 the movement and the pace of the game is very slow. Both are a key component in a FPS. Next some rip-off weapons. Can't remember the exact name of the game but Spike Grenade, Shield and almost all new weapon addition are copied off other game.

The thing that impressed me extremely was the Graphics and the texture in the game as well as the Film feature. Ever heard people saying that you can see your reflection in MC's armor? Well I think Bungie finally managed to pull that off.

I hope Campaign wins my heart because multiplayer didn't Was expecting something in a large scale even if it is Beta.
