Re: [360/PS3] Grand Theft Auto IV
Wow I put in 30 hrs of gameplay and I'm only done about 40%. I guess I fooled around a lot with the other billion features they added to this game, which has nothing to do with the story :). Wow, I still cannot believe how much they added to this game.
Re: [360/PS3] Grand Theft Auto IV
They did add a lot but the one feature I loved in the GTA Series was the body hiding and the stealth with knife in GTA: San Andreas. Those things rocked.
If they atleast kept the military knife and the slicing the throat open option, it would have just pwnt.
Re: [360/PS3] Grand Theft Auto IV
I managed to complete the game in just under two weeks. Yes the plot is good, but they really could have done with adding a few more story missions, it took me longer to complete San Andreas than it did GTA IV.
Re: [360/PS3] Grand Theft Auto IV
Exactly what I thought. I got so really pissed off when we were supposed to learn that fuckass pilot training in San Andreas but I was glad summat like that wasnt there in this.
I finished it on the 3rd day I got the game but hoped it was longer. Now am down to trying all the crazy maniac stunts in the game and trying to make a video out of it. :D
Re: [360/PS3] Grand Theft Auto IV
Lulz, good luck with that. I was planning on [attempting to make] a big web directory of tips, hints, cheats, vehicle guides and mission walkthroughs on a website. Hopefully when I begin web design in school it'll pay off ;)
I still need to complete Roman and Little Jacob's side missions. Tbh I can't be bothered with them
Re: [360/PS3] Grand Theft Auto IV

Tip in the game:
1. Go to the Internet Cafe
2. Date a Female called Kiki. She is a lawyer and she knows a couple of judges.
3. When she agrees to be your girl friend, get her relation up and at one point, she will call you and tell you to call her when you're being chased by the police and that she knows a judge who could probably get you out.
4. When you have a wanted level, call her and she will get rid of the stars for you. Damn useful if you're playing without the cheats.

Kiki's the only person you can actually date xD
If you don't kill Francis McReary in the mission "Blood Brothers" then it's handy to call him too. He can drop your wanted level.
Re: [360/PS3] Grand Theft Auto IV
Just completed GTA 4 about 10 minutes ago, it deserves every single penny that it gets.
In my opinion GTA 4 is a game that should be worth
Re: [360/PS3] Grand Theft Auto IV
What I missed in this GTA:
1. The knife stealth move that was present in GTA San Andreas.
2. Swimming underwater.
3. Gaining weight and keeping up the body in shape as in GTA San Andreas.
4. The country sides. I loved them in SA. All city just made me feel lil sad.
5. The Fire Shooter and the Chain Machine guns are gone in this version.
But I dont mind really. There is so much more now. :D But I really wished even these were present. :)
Re: [360/PS3] Grand Theft Auto IV
You can also date SOBOHOE, she will give you full health when you call her. But it doesn't work for me most of the time.

1: Knife stealth was pretty good, not sure why Rockstar North never included that.
2: That too.
3: The gaining weight/keeping your body in top form thing in SA was a great feature, but it annoyed me every time I got hungry I had to eat to keep my muscle levels up.
4: God I miss those so much too. Even if parts of Alderney were countryside that would be great.
5: You wouldn't exactly be able to walk into a gun shop and buy a flamethrower or a machine gun in real life, would you? The game, as Rockstar said, is meant to be more realistic.

... So you can call a girl and you can get full health in real life right?
Seriously, sometimes it can be a little less realistic and a bit more fun. =D
