1. Halo 3
2. Gears 2
3. CoD 4/WaW
4. GTA IV
5. Left 4 Dead.
6. Soul Calibur IV
7. Some sports titles (go for 2K Sports Games if you're looking for sports)
Halo3, GTA IV erm... Guitar Hero If its on 360 And farcry

Mirror's Edge lasts for one night of gaming.
Lost Odyssey is like 100 hours of playtime. Very nice if you like JRPGs.
CoD4 is a great game and has a lot of online playing.
Sounds like you haven't played Mirror's Edge, and are going on someone else's words. Mirror's Edge may be repetitive but it lasts.Quote:

For GoW, Halo or CoD, pick one of them. Don't get them all, there's no reason to. They are all great games, but you'll wind up only getting hooked on one and forgetting about the other two. As for the other suggestions they are all great. I'd definitely go for Mirror's Edge or Guitar Hero along with Halo3/GoW2
