people are all bitchin about MU but for some reason its got the most post and its the most active forum ... so i dunt get it ... if its soo bad y da fk does every1 hate it?

btw .. my fav mmorpg is rakion

MU is actually pretty cool, but there are many reasons why people dislike it.

Some of the reasons why i dislike it:
1) Impression of a 3d game, but no camera angle movement, that sometimes ticks me off
2) No teleportation from town to town - sorta a drag running from town to town, but usually in MU once u get to a area that suits your level, you don't really go anywhere else till ur ready to move on.
3) Too many weapons in between, sometimes not even available in stores (on some servers) or on other servers available but not really needed.
4) REALLY EASY PRIVATE SERVERS, this ruined MU for me - but really this ruins alot of games for people. Once you're strong enough to hunt the strongest of the monsters and your equipment is good, you really have no more goals so u sorta stop playing cuz theres no reason to continue.

Other than that, i like the way MU is set up, i love the Death Match thinggy where u fight monsters. The cool colors of items when they are enchanted more and more are really awesome too (and MU did this way before Lin2 had it). All sorts of items n stuff, item creation (sometimes i feel like theres too little items for it to be a complete game though, more cool items would be awesome).

I dunno why people bitch about MU...maybe they just don't have anything else to bitch about so they pick on MU? O.o;;

My Perfect MMORPG: The graphics and some of the game play of Guild Wars added to mostly the game play(fast pvp, castle sieges, caves, bosses, monsters, items, drops etc) and design of Lineage 1, this would be the ultimate MMORPG.

my best mmorpg exp is my first month in UO.

uh , well , for first it was MU only cuz it had equipable wings , lately l2 , and now WoW

Conqueronline is my fav, maybe graphics arent amazing as in l2, but i dont mind that.Theres allot of life in CO, and fun ways to make money(my thing :D )

shadow bane. i think if they could have prevented all the power leveling and cheating, would be the best by far. i mean dude...build your own freakin cities and castles..!!!! sweeeeeet. so many skills and combination with races classes. cool armor and weps, not really any quests though. i think if they had quests it would be a bit funner. but the PvP system was flawless except maybe a few imba'd things. but only like 1-3.
