When I prestiged on black ops I just stopped playing and never got all my guns again. Fail.
No, you enter prestige mode and your rank is put back to 1. But you gain a nice emblem instead of the regular one for leveling up.
5th prestige, gained so much levels I think it was 30+ levels today.. No, 40+! BAWS

Well I am almost ready to go to my first prestige. Then going to carry over the MP7 because that is my new favorite weapon, besides the striker (gold camo :))
Can't carry over unlocks for your gun like gold camo :/. I was dissapointed too, hah. Would make the game a bit too easy then.Quote:
