just go in console and type bot_add

obviously you aint played CSS :P it says not available in beta, this is on the full retail game lol. It dont matter matter now tho, atm they can only be used on linux for some reason

I have the game as well just type bot_add_t for terrorists
and bot_add_ct for counter
Seems you got the fucked up version of css lol
