DS or PSP

ds owns the psp for the reasons of its game are fun able to play for a long time and ds dose have a good range of games such as nfsu2 and its been changed it loked like u can draw ur gfx on looks sweet it has a 10 hour game play when psp is onnly 3 and half ds has 2 screen psp has one shitty one and apprently the square button gets stuck on the screen lmao and if u watch a dvd on the psp it lasts for 2 hours 50 so all around the ds owns the shity psp people only like the psp becoz its made by sony and why da hell would u buy a consol that has poo hours when ur probs gunno plug it in the to mains and play form there just buy a dam ps2 :/ well thats what i think ds owns psp easy

ps2 like games and graphics for 3 hours > pre n64 graphics and kids games

I got to try out a PSP yesterday and thank God I don't have enough money or I'd buy one and keep playing and playing ;)

I played DS and it's not bad but the game selection I saw was pretty horrid. It's been out for about a month so it's probably not a valid reason to give any major recommendation to either side, but I must say I am much more interested in the PSP now because of the multiple functions and for some reason the games just seem better.

i personally prefer psp because it has a lot of games that i like on it

I will have to say PSP. Your touchscreens will die, believe me. Give it about a year. Besides, I was playing Twisted Metal:Head On Online today and oh my god it owns DS. I thing they should rename Nintendo DS Nintendo Dipshit. I belive 90% of the peeps who said DS are probably jelous of PSP and under the age of 10 :D!

Get a Xbox and a portable TV....wrap it in some kind of a bag and use a shrink ray on it...

so far the average age demographic for DS is 20 and the PSP is 16
Touch screen shouldn't go out in a year unless you treat it really badly

- buy a ds now, and GET A JOB !!! by-time the psp comes out, you'll have enough to buy that too :D

I would have to say anything that is Sony is better then such things as Microsoft, Nintendo, or Sega. Same as nViDiA is better in absolutely every single way then it's competitor's. (Thats right ATI how do you like them apples?)

Yes, if you have half a brain, right NOW you would buy a PSP. I can understand people buying a DS at christmas time, but now that there is a PSP out there is no point in buying a DS. Just so you know, DS have many flaws, and they will start to come out when people start figuring out what happends to a touchscreen after 20,000 pen bashings on it's surface by sugared-up elemantary students who want to play pokemon games. Just my one.. or 2.. naaa 25 cents :)!

PSP, that simple, the DS is a nice and original idea, but i really don't care, the touch screen will only be nice with puzzle games and all, which i really don't care about, due to the use of casettes they can't make large games for it, it will always be limited, the handheld itself is just slow, it's really bad, technology has so advanced, and yet they feel the need to use technology from the stone age, and as for the games, besides porting half the N64 games it will mostly just be stupid games.

I really do like Nintendo (and Sega for that matter), but Nintendo has been screwing up for so many years now, they make consoles and handhelds which are just totally shit, they could of so improved those, and by using stupid cassettes they really limit themself.

Nintendo better get the next console right or they will be following Sega in the world of no consoles, because the PSP is going to rape the DS and take over the handheld business, and if they bring out a shitty console again then Sony and Microsoft will rape their console yet again.

And you should all remember that the only reason Nintendo can make consoles is because of the Game Boys and because of Pokemon junk.

PSP suffers from slow loading times :( but for the near ps2 quality games im getting then i guess it's worth it

I think I'm going to go with my DS's able to stay-away from-my-room-outlet-ability for 10+ hours. I also like the idea that I didn' have to waste money on buying a flip-top screen protector or screen protectors because I was afraid my DS touch screen would become a wreckage site after doing what your suppose to do; USE IT. oh btw BFX don't matter! I have a GCN THERE I BEAT THE PSP's gfx. oh sure, I lke the way the PSP was shaped to fit decent in your hands, while the DS is like a brick, so I guess having wireless chat with my friends makes up for it. when the games are about as expensive as the big brother console, ti's not worth buying. There I've come up with a bunch of reason why I like my DS and sticking with it
