I used to do group mining, and we always split our efforts 3 ways. The problem I had with it, I woudl mine out around 1.2bil every other week - and when we split, it also went to a guy that only played maybe 2 or 3 hours a day - so he really should have barely even made his own PLEX. Needless to say, after he left and it was me and my buddy, we started cranking out a huge bank.. actually were able to buy PLEX once a week and got to stock up our time quite a bit.
