did u turn Vertical sync OFF and put max_fps or fps_max 100? ehh..haven't played in a while even forgot console :)

hey do u have to buy hl2 to get source or is it free?i keep getting this thing telling me to put in the cs:s cd-key but my friends say its 100% free

you have to buy halflife2 as far as i know.... the beta version was free before halflife2 came out... but now its actually a full game so it costs money... Halflife2 is on special offer like everywhere tho so just pick up a copy. Oh and it helps that HL2 is actually the best game every made :good:

Im running a ATi Sapphire Radeon 9200 SE 128mb aswell and i get 50-120 fps

I just updated my config and now im getting between 40 and 90 fps... average of about 60 :)
