well RYL was da best RPG i ever played most fun..
i might go pay for it.. cuz other stuff is boring. kid gamez like Fly FF RO and more :\.

Im also looking for a good mmorpg to play for the summer. As of right now, the best MMORPG i've played overall is Lineage 1 (Yea the graphics do suck, but the game play is better than any game out there), and im playing it right now. I've played it for 8 years now since U.S. Beta came out so im gettin a bit bored if u know what i mean.

I spent the whole day looking for a mmorpg to play that was both fast paced and strategy orientated, nothing came up yet.

Heres what i don't like:
Lineage 2 - Graphics are good, gameplay is horrible and boring.

EVE Online - Would have been an otherwise awesome game, but skill training lacks, because you have to wait all this time to get a skill up to a good lvl to play normally or make money.

Guild Wars - Ok Graphics, Gameplay could improve (I would like to see enchantment of weapons like +1 +2 +3 and so on like in Lin1 and 2)

Helbreath - Graphics are real bad :(

MU - Boring Gameplay

Redmoon - So far one of the better ones, although Graphics do lack :(

Gunbound/Gunz etc - Fun, might last some people for a while, but it does get old since once you find out how to win over your competition, you will just button mash and repeat the same thing over and over and over again

Ragnarok (and all cartoony games in general) - Too childish to even start with :(

World of Warcraft - Haven't tried, but if theres no free trial then why bother hah. Only game i bought without playing a trial was Guild Wars, and even then i played at my friends house for like 2-3 days to check it out.

Evercrack - Ugly, grind...not worth it

CoH(as well as Matrix Online - if it exists still) - Idiotic leveling system

DAoC - Eww

Shadowbane - Roughed up graphics engine, gameplay is terrible.

RYL - Gameplay boring, Graphics aint too good either

2nd Life(Sims Online etc all those games) - Never been a fan of playing Real Life in Cyber Space o.O i tend to play video games to not think about real life.

Knight Online - Ugly :( Gameplay not too pretty either

All MMORPGs Ran By Sony - Sux Ass, don't bother trying. They are out for money, and don't price players too high.

Dragon Raja - I guess this is really cool for people who played it as long as its been out (Like i play Lin1), but you prolly wouldnt wanna start that up =/.

What is looking good:

Shattered Galaxy - Looks like a strategy game with a "Buy Enhancements" kinda gameplay. Looks interesting, too bad theres no free trial.

Ferentus Online - Unreal Engine(or what people call it "Lin2 Clone), looks pretty and so far a game that caught my attention. Too bad its in Closed Beta, also the information they posted on their site seems to contridict itself, like they said Open Beta starts sometime at the end of June...and its still in Closed Beta.



There were alot of MMORPGs in the past that began development and were in closed beta - were really hyped up. Then they just never seemed to come out of closed beta, and later their site stopped working. I guess you can blame the competition ridden game market for this, where all the sucky fucked up games rake in more people and more money than the really good/not known mmorpgs.

So fuck the market :( Im really bored cuz of it.

If there only was Lineage 1 with 3d graphics(Pref Lin2 Graphics)...i'd be hooked for atleast another 8 years lol.

i am a well...casual gamer, like maybe 2-3 hours a day on the weekends other then that...i dont really play that games...

just turn on some metal and come on here for an hour then go talk to friends on aim and the phone.

Ehh, sometimes i play all day, sometimes i play up to 20+ hours. The reason for that is i have absolutely nothing to do, also im grounded for the summer :( (I had to get so fucked up that even my parents could tell i was fucked up). So basically i can't go out of my house....
