I'd say phones, especially Android ones, are far more popular for pirating stuff then PC's. Not only are most games not protected and easy to install, but since they focus on single player games, there is no reason to buy it. GTA V will get sold a lot due to it's multiplayer.
I remember back when I wanted GTA SA on my phone, and there was none available.
