It's going to be WAY better than GTA IV. For some reason, I can't help but think that GTA IV was a bit of a rush job. To me, it seemed like they were trying so hard to get a new game in the series for the Current Generation of Consoles (Xbox 360 & PS3) because so many of us fans had been waiting forever for the next game in the series. I mean most of the cheats sucked. The vehicles that you get with most of the cheats were either very similar (Turismo, Bullet GT, and Super GT all very alike), boring (Motor-Cycles, Boats, Cognoscenti, and Comet), or it was so difficult to maneuver that you didn't want to use them (Helicopters, Impossible to land or even aim the weapons). There wasn't even a large variety of cheat codes. Some of the cheats are fun at first, but they get boring after a while like the GTs and the FIB Buffalo. There just wasn't enough. There wasn't even a large variety of weapons. You know it's a bad game when one of the DLCs (Ballad of Gay Tony) is better than the original game. Lost & Damned was pointless and offered very little cheat codes or features.
I know this game will be much better, more fun, and much more to do just judging on the trailers already released.

The stories in all three games were great, but I meant that there weren't many vehicles or cheat codes. There weren't any features that really appealed to the fans.

I doubt Rockstar will allow that since Rage (Rockstar Advanced Game Engine) is private.

I just finished my session of GTA IV on my PC ;) I hope someone creates a few GTA V vehicles for IV, all I've seen so far is different textures for the same vehicles to make them look similar to GTA V's style. So far no one has developed any of the cars for IV

Wouldn't it be just cool as a freezer if Rockstar get car licenses one day? It might cost a shit load of money to get all.. but some. Atleast.

I read somewhere, that Rockstar won't do it because they want a 'parody' world, that's why they have the parody IPhone in GTA V

I prefer the way they've already made it, they create a combination of different cars put together which look similar to real life cars. I don't want GTA to start becoming more like Midnight Club - another Rockstar game.
Besides, we already have modders who will create real life cars for us anyway :P
