There wasn't much to do on GTA 4's multiplayer. Just a few game modes and that's it - but with GTA V you can do a whole variety of things! It feels almost like a complete seperate GTA package.
I don't think it will be released for PS4 - they started development on PS3 and X360 a few years ago when they revealed the first trailer, so if they were to make it for the new generation consoles I think it would take quite a while, but that's just what I think, this may not be entirely true.
For the soundtrack, I could have a guess at what they would add to the hip-hop and rap radio station(s) - artists like The Game, Kendrick Lamar, Crooked I, etc.
I hope they make some of hardcore music for the soundtrack or maybe they just build a custom mp3 for as to play our own music.. :)
Nope , they just going to use the old fashioned radio stations , with new hits probably.

It's not a big deal imo. Can just play offline 'til then and get to know the game better before jumping into online, you get time to practice your aim and driving skills too. Besides, it's only 14 days.
