How old is Phantasy Star Online for the PC?

out of a whim I decided I needed to play that game, so I searched and found a way to get online without an account. yeah, it was really, really old. Now the game may have been old, but people still play it, I mean there weren't that many people (100+ I believe) and how old's this game? I think it's pretty freakin' old. I thought the PC version of all versions would be dead by now

I'll reinforce your first thoughts - you're damn right it's old! Around 2000 I think when DreamCast was around.

I wouldn't even bother playing it if I were you - hacker's were rampant on it. Every Tom, Dick, or Harry cheated it to bits.
