Type in the code on your xbox live card.
I don't think that you bought the card. You need to buy one at the store.
Or either that or tetris doesn't come with live.

Original Xbox Live servers have been taken down or converted to Xbox 360 Live. There isn't any original Xbox Live games that still run on Live....that I know of anyway.
