at sunset the sun makes the textures appear orangish, but its no worse than vice city's sunset. it is completely playable, its just some extra eye candy.
if u have played vice city you would notice it was pinkish color scheme that they used. it was hard to look at it in the beginning but after a while of playing ur eyes adjust to it and it becomes normal
the same thing goes to san andreas, after a few hours of playing u no longer the orange tint to everyting

The Sunset could be too much eyecatching, but its only there for a min or 2..and sometimes its quiet nice to see the sunset..sunny day =] i love that game, played it for 23ish hours :P
