Can't really base a system due to it's Launch Titles... Ghost Recon looks good coming out later for the XBox 360 [Even if it's released on PC, we're talking about consoles here]. Any console will have good games later on for it. I predict MorrowWind4: Oblivion going on it later next year, I'd definately get that. etc. etc.
The same thing'll happen when PS3's released. You'll either like or hate the limited launch titles. You can't win everything.

Not to go off topic but without the p3 being out in the market i dont see how anyone can trash or even compare it with the Xbox360 yet. Who cares what anyone else thinks truthfully this post is just someone trying to start a flamewar. I think me and others would prefer info on how the Xbox360 performs and so on rather then hearing it being trashed on or even compared to the P3 thats not even out yet. People before u get all worked up just realize one thing each and every game system has its own unique quality.
i did not bring up p3....im no fanboy of bolth id rather have my computer to suph over to ragezone :icon6: p3 and xbox360 are the same...just different case/controler design lol...p3 will have the good online games like ps2...(socom, battlefield2, SWbattlefront2, etc) and xbox360 will have the good single player games like xbox...(jade empire, halo, etc) ....you just gotta figure out what interests you ;)Quote:

Well having rare entertainment down the road from me and knowing some of the guys... xbox360 hardware is amazing, :P
and the games to come out over the next 6 months are going to be the ps3 first games, by which time they will appear dated, the 2 machine will most of the time be running the same games at the same speed because there internet based games, see 'huxley' and and other unreal tourny engine based games out there, there wont be any difference in clarity and the laoding speeds should be similar also blue ray discs for playstation 3 games are a helluv alot more expensive to produce.
All in all i want to play online mmorpgs of the future and the cheapest way to do this is the xbox 360 so.. £279.99 down my local game store thank you very much Microsoft.

the most important thing for both the xbox 360 and ps3 is not the hardware (which are almost the same) or the damn controllers (ya 360's controller is the same as the xbox but then again so was ps and ps2) or the damn price (if i get the money and as long as ps3 doen't crash on me when i load a game and play for 20 mins ill even pay $600 us for it)
as u can well see most games are getting so good graphics wise that it's not even a factor anymore it's all about the games and which system will have the better ones
although 360 has gotten some jap creaters on there side and they are making some games for all types of gamers u gota look at the previous gen consoles
xbox did shit when it came to games (most were fps and sport games, and i think 2 rpgs, such as halo [only game i remember thats good halo 2 was crap], fable, and maybe sudeki [quit it after the first week]) while ps2 had tons of rpg's platform fighting adventure etc(ff series, kingdom hearts, tekken, GT, God of war, ETC ETC ETC)
if i were to compare i would say ps2 made a bigger mark in "games" then xbox (more enjoyable games and such) as long as sony keeps that up ps3 will own the 360
not saying that xbox 360 doesn't have a chance don't get me wrong it does just as of right now the games on the 360 are pretty shit and not worth it
if they get better games that can rival square's games then ill consider buying it (total RPG fan)
XBox 360 will be a great consol...but i'm not at all use to it. I have only played XBox about 3 times and I didn't like it one bit.
PlayStation on the other hand I am familiar with...many hours of playing on and great gaming experience every second I played.
In my opinion..which ever consol you are more familiar with is the one you should purchase. I will be waiting for PS3 to be released and I will purchase it when prices drop.
