limit the upload!!! make it like 6kb limit!!! cuz ur com will send packet 2 download more from the source, if the upload is so high, sending packet will be slow down!!!
if u wanna know i am doing about 80kb/s download and 6kb/s upload :chair:

it depends on where its being hostes some servers have an up down ratio
