I found a way to play if youre not from US or Canada, just downloading this program:
Get Behind the Shield! Hotspot Shield by AnchorFree
after installing it, open the program and it will open the browser, then just click on connect or something like that and it will give you an ip. And then just enjoy the game :) (i've been told that it will cause some lag, but i've been playing with a very few lag)
