First of all, there was no "Valve invited top CS players.." There's no such thing as "top CS players". Second of all, As you can see on the video you posted, that presentation was taken somewhere in Gamescom. Most likely on a demo PC, that everyone could come near and have a go at the new cs.

Everyone have a different gameplay in every games.

This just looks like a CS:S update... the graphics just slightly improved, 7 years later! :|

I rather like the Molotov's Area of Denial capabilities - thought it might be lame... example - Terrorists using them in entry points at bomb points after it being planted, a chain of them.
