[PC] Guild Wars II

lol Cameron you seriosuly have something against GW. I personally love the different classes, the skills, the varieties of builds, the PvP actually requires a brain to be good, and i seriosuly don't care fi the theme isn't totally original or amazing its the gameplay that makes me like it.

Love the game, can't wait for the second and the new expansion. I got lazy and didn't buy Nightfall until a week ago. So I'm playing that now. It's nothing like WoW.

I like GW1, but GW2 looks realy like pwnage ;^]

The one thing I really hated about Guild Wars was that the bloody new map loaded right when you had to teleport to it. That was seriously pissing off. I really hoped they had a client with all the maps already preinstalled. That would make the gameplay so freaking pleasurable.

Correction, the files do exist, they just aren't available outside the company that runs it. :)

Yeah, streaming patches like that is a real pain in the ass, especially for new players just coming into the game. If they don't download a prepatched client then you'll have to sit through hours of patches, even if you have DSL. It would be a lot better to just patch in huge updates like EverQuest instead of streaming them all the time.

Guild Wars gives you the option of downloading all game content and thus (nearly) eliminating download times when loading new areas.

I own the game also, i really have tried to get into it but i really don't understand it, gave up and went back on L2 then WoW after but. Heard about GW2 a few weeks ago and it seems pretty early to get a sequel out but if they are going to do what they say, seems that we can look forward to a decent game instead of instance > instance > instance :glare:

Knowing GW, GW2 could be out soon ;p

They come out with new campaigns so freaking fast.

i own the 3 GW sets, but NEVER finish the MISSION and i'm really excited to know about this...another set release before they release GW2 but quite busy in that year cuz i'll become a collage slave >.>
