I was having the same problem, Tried downloading like 3 different times....
I'd max out at like 500kb a second then BAM!!! It stopped downloading xD
i think that problem from ijji Connnction xD thats why .

Best way to level up and get items is patrols and missions. Funnest way is racing other people in the battle zone.

lol I got my own atm its lvl 28 -__________________-
I get 2 mission each lvl and they give me like 38% exp now then I got to race the rest >.<!
And then I was in team race with a few peeps who's lvl 25+ and suddenly we loose to soem people who are below lvl 20 im like wtf ! Bad game system tbh
am lv41 and its so hard to leveling xD.....

Its easy levelling, I've just stopped playing because there isn't anything new with it. Quest, race, level up, quest, race, level up etc etc.
yea me too im boring :P am looking for someone not boring to complete leveling on my acc to Lv100 xD jk .
