[PC] Neverwinter Nights 2

oh god please god, i hope i can play this after 5 hours of "obtaining". i couldn't play double agent either.

I'm very disapointed, this game is a buggy and laggy piece of crap, i will never throw my money at Obsidian again, they always tend to screw up on games, this game is full of bugs i cant even believe they would think of releasing a game in this state. I am gonna unnistall it and throw it in the garbage, cuz thats what it deserves

Its funny how alot of you say its buggy and laggy yet mine works fine, and I'm using a crapy PC compared to 90% of the people complaining.

Well i got it a few days ago and i really dont know why but it runs fine on my comp i get no "Lag" and i get around 30 outdoor and 40 indoor
At all with everything on High (but shadows is off)

i just dont get it my comp isnt the best ive read of the Nwn2 forums that so many people have problems ive even read that higher end systems then mine and they get like 5-15 FPS

My Specs are

Amd Am2 3800 Dual Core (Clocked at 2000)
7600 Gt
2 Gig of Ram... Matched .. Dual Channel

Ive seen system with all these high end cards and high end cores and they have massive problems

I havent patched it yet for reasons



Ok on to the game


I have to say im up to Act2 and the story is getting very interesting
but im stuck on a bit now... where ive been accused of slaughting a whole village and im looking for clues to prove my innocence...well thats where im stuck lol.... ah i will get past it :)


And im really loveing the game, the voice overs are damn good, act 1 was a long act and good at that, the story so far is damn good, side quests are ok,

the characters are awsome, all very good and very unique personality and some funny ones at that... each characters have there own background....the influence system is good 2 all ur actions have consequences on each of the Characters
So far my party is

Fighter/Divine dude (Main)
Sorc
Wizard
Pally
Fighter

but its also good u can switch between party members in Neverwinter..

I just love the sorcs they are the best i love them to bits with there Aoe skills can really turn the tide of the battle
Wizards are the same Aoe is great
pally is uh ok.... he hasnt got many good skills yet
Fighters are ok... also not very skill based lol

So well i give it a 7.5/10

i gave it that cause of the Ai being dumb as shit and some of the bugs i get ig are annoying... the graphics arnt even that good and the spells are pretty bland and dull.

So any Rpg player who loved BG2 and Nwn1 get this game....and u will love it to :)

That must suck for your pc not to run it at all. Do you know why?

But yeah the NPCs are retards. Most time they stop following you and you have to right click your character to say "follow me" because the option to make them follow near doesn't want to work all that good.

From what devs said, the next patch that coming out should fix alot of this and add some newthings I think.

Have the game for some time now. I really like the story so far and my PC is running the game fine with medium. Of course the shadows are off.

Don't know why people have so many problems with it. Anyway, i really like the game and i would rate it 8/10 so far.
