I don't see the point logically to make this p2p. Think about it: there are HUGE massive grinds ingame so lvl'ing isn't slow (but it's not like super fast).
You can get all of your skills ingame at the start by lvl 30 (or less) but have no armor or anything. Also evry mob is aggro. This game is really fast-paced, and because of how many times I myself have played it, if you know what you're doing, you can get to level 12 in less than a day.
