Kentucky and xeLJoYo hit the nail on the head. This stuff is WAY older than MMOs. And to the opening poster, how can you consider it "stealing"? That's like saying it's stealing for modern day MMOs to have, for example, a wizard, or an elf, in their games. Mostly everything in modern MMOs, and even RPGs in general, came from D&D. I'm sure they created it expecting other companies to use their material later on down the road. Well, my rant is over. Quite possibly the longest post i've made on any forum in a long time. Just my 2 cents :)
Thats the system of games these days a new idea is grasped and succesfully implemented in a game then all the predaccors take the idea e.g bullet time, horseback swordplay,fighting system in granada espanadoQuote:
