I was refering to the "Improved" VE, it adds a whooping 2% [67% of 3%] group healing now, from previously 25% --- pretty big change that I believe should've warrented a free talent reset ;/

Atm I'm only at Zangarmarsh and I'm lvl 68... XD (Yeah I know... I spent an age doing quests to get exhalted rep with all races for Ambassador Title, only got to Outlands at lvl 64 :P )
Side note, all shops are sold out for the Collector's Edition... Arse clerk at GAME store kept telling me I couldn't pre-order til a "week before release", tit. :/
