its because of the bullshit Blue Ray Disks... did you know that apparently a stand alone blue ray disk player is gonna be about $1000 USD? so of course the ps3 is going to cost so fucking much cos it has an inbuilt BRD reader! and you can also imagine how much the games are going to sell for... atm ps2 games are on average $30 USD, and thoes are DVD's... so the BRD games would be about $70+ USD?
Thats so sweet cuz i already pay 70€ per PS2 game here in Portugal and Akaruz can back me up on that, its so sad to see this...

Yea its sad, and its not only about games Askill3 bought his new computer at a very good price in his country and when i got to search for a new comp for me i almost cryed, i would had to spend almost 800€, wich i did spend after i got the damn money...
EDIT: The comp i bough only included the box, a keyboard and a mouse, it didn't come with a new monitor.
