I wanted it to be a better story also and longer, I always wanted ALL POKEMONS IN ONE GAME, and yes 10 gyms would be nice ;D.
Better story? tbh, there isnt really a story to pokemans. just to catch them all really.
All pokemans on 1 game would be awesome. just that when they bring out a new one would they have to put out updates for the older game for the new ones that they have made?
and 10 gyms? depends on the level increase rate. say like when you get to the 8th or 9th gym some kids might already have a full set of lvl 100 pokemon.

If there isnt a level limit, will there have to be an increase on the amount of attacks the pokemans can do? like from 4 to 6?

A game/mmo that combines the oldschool pokemon game mechanics with some newer features and the epicness of the pokemon special manga.
Also the battle scenes with the pokemons should be 3D, like in the pokemon wii games.

Well giving my opinion aswell:)
What I wanted it to be different, its always like, you have to do something(Always batteling I think) before you get your starter pokemon, the opposing player takes the weaknes of your pokemon. And well you do stuff that is ALWAYS the same. You Train, You catch more, you battle gyms, you go to pokemon league, you beat it. Then your basicly done, other thing to do is get all items, every pokemon you can catch (which isn't even all the pokemon in a game), and get all pokemon to 100 or so.
Wouldn't it be great if this is all different, so its basicly a BIG Massive RPG. Like for instances, yes you get your starter pokemon (could be any way possible, through oak, through just walking in grass, through some kind of event) and from there on, you can basicly do what you want. There is no level limit (like in the serie's on tv you dont see, "Bulbasaur leveld up" <--- you'll never see that happen :S so why should it happen in game?), moves are learned as you just do stuff, you can try to learn it by yourself etc. Every pokemon should be in game, like from 1st generation, to like the newest (I think it was 5th? or 4th maybe) and every pokemon can be caught(Legendaries still thinking about that).
Gyms should be just like in the movies, some difficulties (think like the very first Gym, Brock, he made rocks show up and battled with those things (hide behind them etc)). Random stuff should also be there, like a sudden (always random) Team Rocket appears (with maybe a option to join them (sorta pvp kinda thingy)) and tries to do bad things, you can join contests (not only those in the pokemon games but other things, for special items (I thought it was the water contest that you may only use water pokemon for the water sphere or something)).
Pokemons are not only leveling up through trades (I always hated that, nobody in familie or friends did play pokemon or even had a NDS (Platinum)) but anyway possible, trading ofcourse is still possible.
What I also had in mind, like Gary, in the first episodes (and those took a while) he was all like 'Im going to be the champion and stuff' and in later episodes he was like 'Im studying pokemon' would be cool to add that aswell, that you dont want to be a trainer but more of a student of oak or what ever professor, and study pokemon, to learn everything about them(and in that way add things to the pokedex so that the trainers could view that(Should first be approved by admins otherwise bullshit could go in the pokedex)). OR maybe you can be a gym leader yourself (random gyms with random things^^). Options (maybe) fisher, miner, glassblower (episode with glass onyx).
So yeah those were kinda my ideas, and I'm going to learn for game programming so I constantly have this idea in my head for this kind of MMORPG in 3D.
But yeah its kind of a wall of text aint it :)? Ah well just my ideas :D

haha this forum is funny.. i think that they should come up with a tottaly new mmorpg pokemon.. that would be nice. you could choose what character you wanted to be with whatever story line. for quests, you would need to catch certain pokemon lol xD if they acctually came up with something like that, i might have to play it lol

That's the point of this thread. Though I don't like the idea of multiple story lines, rather one big story line that can be manipulated and pulled in all different directions so it doesn't have to follow one way specifically.

-I want the freakin' things to talk! I've always loved Digimon more for many reasons, but one of the main reasons is because they could talk, SERIOUSLY! I wanna know what the damned pokemon wants from me!! It could even give random tips, or provide random events. In one of the games I've seen, they have talking pets (Mushroom, Slashworm, some kinda rabbit thing...) THOSE FREAKIN' THINGS TALK!! They gave you little side quests when you talked to them like... "Let's go visit (Insert some place that pet wants to go see.)" or "My (Insert family member here) Is being held captive by (Insert someone's name.) Let's go free him!!" (<<Got all that from a game called Altis Gates.) I don't want a Pikachu to say pika pika, if my pikachu is pissed off, I want it to TELL me it's pissed off, or at least beat something manically with a bat, shock some old lady! I DON'T KNOW!! COMMUNICATION!!!

-I want freakin' tragedy, no joke. I want someone to effin' die a horrible gory fucking death! I want my in game mom to be morbidly beaten with a damned golf club and then raped bloody.
I want professor oak to experience some kind of horrible mental melt down and beat one of his lab assistants with a key board. I want James (Team Rocket) to be beaten mercilessly by a damned pokemon, until he bleeds from his eyes!! I want TRAGEDY!!! Or blood and gore, some kind of horrible random event that makes me cry, and then laugh my ass off. Seriously, it's always lacked a story line, there was never any real drama to it. Digimon had a story line, as a kid it made me laugh cry and then laugh some more. The new digimon sucks and I haven't bothered watching any of season four or five, but my god, pokemon is always the same thing. Digimon had moments that actually brought me into the story and made me really believe there was an icon of evil!! Pokemon never did that for me, to be blunt, it's like Bleach, five episodes of main story line, 20 episodes of filler (No offense to bleach, I like Bleach, Bleach is great.. Just needs less fillers ._.;;..) I've just always thought it was so dull, the only time they have an actual villain is in the movies, the rest of the time it sucks..
-I've always wanted them to be more powerful, seriously.. Compared to Digimon, pokemon are new born kittens... I mean, you could put a pokemon like.. Arceus (<< By word of the internet, they say it's the "God" pokemon, and it's supposedly powerful, what ever.) Against a digimon like... I'm just gonna go with freakin' Kerpymon.. (http://digimon.wikia.com/wiki/Cherubimon << It's the purple one on the bottom, the name is Cherubimon, but the real name for it is Kerpymon, it's a dark version to the light one.) .-.;; Seriously, there really CAN'T be a comparison there.. And Kerpymon is pretty weak, I could have went with Apoclymon (He can completely obliterate things just by touching them.) but that'd have been too over powering, I'm trying to keep it kinda even.. .-.;;.. Now, Kerpymon VS Arceus. They can both destroy the world, cool, but by the means they do it would be different.. But seriously, make them fight each other.. Kerpymon would probably eat Arceus .-.;;
-Evolutions to the old legendary pokemon. Why? Because you could make them look so much better in a second form .-.;;... I hate that some pokemon don't evolve any further, I personally think they should, they may be powerful, but they are LEGENDARY!! They should be able to get MORE powerful, of course you'd have to work for it, which I wouldn't so much mind.
-New pokemon; Pokemon that are created by people, like they did in that one pokemon game remake for the emulators of Gameboy. It'd be fucking great to see some newly made pokemon, I could even try and get someone to draw out some of the stuff. I'm not talking about combining pokemon, I'm talking about completely making new ones, once again, they did it in Pokemon Chaos Black.
I really think it'd be cool.

I like the talking thing, although then its kinda off from the tv show, but well Meoth talks so its still a possibility. But the blood and gore part, sorry not interessted in that :P. I'm not a huge fan of those blood stuffed games, Its cool to see in shooters and some other games, but come on? Pokemon & Blood dont mix in my eyes.
Also a digimon fan here, atleast untill the show cancels (Netherlands :() at like the part where finally a few digimon evolved 3 times or so? Going to find somewhere to watch them all again.
