PS3 games

So im pretty excited right now, yesterday I went with my mom to the mall to help her do christmas shopping for my brothers and we were in ebgames buying a ds for my one bro and she decided to check while we were there if they had any Wiis or PS3 thinking they would say no to both but instead the sales rep said that they just got a bunch of 60gb ps3s in. So I conivnced my mom into getting one but its going in the living room cause she wants us to share it which im fine with i guess and she bought NFS: Carbon and im planning on buying maybe 1 or 2 more games right now im thinking Resistance fall of man, anyone have any games they would recommend?

But seriously. Get Resistance Fall of Man. When i was considering a PS3 that game was a strong pull but the Xbox just pulled me harder....

well my one bro is getting a 360 for christmas ps3 for family im getting pc parts and my mom and dad are trying to get a wii for my other bro so hopefully will have all next gen systems in the house

Now get yourself a HDTV for the PS3. It's only good as a cheap BluRay player. Good luck playing NFS Carbon on it. Lags just like most of the other games on it. Especially when you play it in HD. -.-

If you want to know of any good games then check out Reistance: Fall of Man. That's seems to be the only good game out there for it. Oblivion is another one to take a look at. But seeing that there will also be a x360 in your house it would be better to get it for that system. Same game if you buy the updates for the x360 and the x360 has both HDR + 4xAA running on it where as the PS3 version doesn't have either. I would sugest getting CoD3 for it but it's better on the x360. Also Rainbow 6: Vegas is a kick ass game but plays better on the x360.

Sucks really. Most of the games on the PS3 is also on the x360. But it looks and plays better on the x360. NBA 07 is a decent looking game for the PS3. Plays better then the NBA 2k7 on the x360 and looks better so that's a plus.

Upcomming games looks a little better but who knows how they will perform. The game Motor Storm looks kick ass which I'm pretty sure you have already played in the shops as that's preloaded on all the display units.

GTHD looks kick ass also and there's a few other games. But most of them are also on the x360 and looks just a little better on it.

what is it, 30fps tops for most ps3 games? Wow I didn't know 360 had hdr and 4aa with...oh >< that's right they went to ati for the gpu
