[PS3] How do I stream to my PC?

Well I was wondering how I could stream live to my pc, so I could broadcast.
Many people have said I need a VGA-in, vga capture card and all that, but I'm still confused.

Only thing I got is a HDMI-cable and a SCART-cable.
Anyone know how I could do it?
