Fan boy i think you haven't seen ps3 graphics everybody is on xbox why becouse they couldn't get a ps3 it is to expensive and xbox whit chip can play all games thats why you all use xbox...Quote:

Plus, they're around the same prices, and instead of paying £60 on a Wireless adapter for your Live, just go on ebay and look for a cheap, long ethernet cable.
I got a 25m one for £4.

Lastly, there's the part about the exclusive games for each system. I know Xbox has Halo, which I really wouldn't be interested in anyways. What else do they have that is exclusive? That also goes for the PS3, and are they any good?
I've personally never used either product, and I've found this information by researching the web. If you have both systems, please tell me the pros, and cons, and please don't take a side before stating the pros and cons.
I can only really think of Gears of war 1 and 2 but they really are great games, I guess Fable 2 is pretty decent too, and halo 3 has to be the most overrated game ever don't even bother with itQuote:

All I can offer is my opinion so here it goes, I'm no avid console gamer, a used to use a PS2 regularly and now I own a 360 currently and I would of got the PS3 if they had the deal you're referring to was there (brought my 360 about 2 months before the they came out with the 120gb promo), the one thing that stopped me from getting a PS3 was the price of it, I'm not an avid console gamer mostly because I've experienced gaming on a PC so console games don't really rate highly with me, one thing that I will say is that the 360 can be used as an extension to your media, the Media Center is great imo I love it, and I find that 80% of the time if I have my xbox switched on it's to use the Media Center not to play a game, I'm not sure if the PS3 offers the same though.
What I would suggest is that you go to a game store and they usually (here in Australia anyway) have 360 setup to play a demo, and a PS3 setup to play a demo, while it also relies on the games it's better then getting fanboy perspectives on what to go with.
i got both, for graphics, and extra utilities i like PS3. Xbox just has better online. Ps3 has a web browser, you can install an os on it, etc. Xbox in reality is a gaming system. PS3 is more of a home entertainment system.

I have both systems, and PS3 has been the best so far.
PS3 slim uses 10 times less energy than the xbox and the old ps3, It's lighter than the xbox and has more capabilities, example: Internet, it uses a faster processing unit to well... Make it speedy.
The gaming it self is beautiful, I compared xbox cod4 picture to ps3 cod4 picture and the ps3 picture was more clear and vivant colored.
The processor of the ps3 is highly advanced, thus it's the only console that can run mag, a game that can hold 256 players, enough said, the XBOX wouldn't be able to handle that game in a life time.
Blu-Ray, HD True colors, XBOX has none of that.
PlayStation store is great, it beats the xbox store.
Customazation and plugins is available, you can hack your games and fool aroud, xbox you can't.
PS3 - Dedicated servers for online games.
XBOX - Player hosted servers. If their internet is shit, your game will be shit.
PS3-Controlers, No batteries needed! cable included to charge through usb through the ps3 OR PC!!!
XBOX-Aw, wasting so much money on batteries, aw man I can't find any batteries, gotta go to the store soon, aw crap I have no time.. Woopty doo.
PS3 Games - well the games that only come out for ps3 dare I say are better than the xbox games. There have been some good ones for the xbox but... Not as good.
Anyway I'd buy a PS3 all the way, people been ditching the xbox's latley since the ps3 slim is only $299 now, same price as the xbox, and IT HAS 120GB!!! It's a great console.
Oh yeah, and my xbox crashes so much it's not even funny. And my ps3 NEVER CRASHES and is never hot, if I leave it on for the whole night, in the mornin it's cool as ever, and it makes no noise at all, and the xbox.. Well.. It wouldn't let you sleep AT ALL and explode after a while probably.
