And the Xbox is $300
xbox is only looking into the looks of the console and controler and the game plays.
Ps3 is looking into everything except teh look and the controler. ps3 has teh world greatest graphics card built into it.

Wait a year or two to buy one. When it first comes out it will have many problems just like any other console that first comes out. And it will be less expensive, either re-modeled, re-designed or re-vised meaning it will be better for a cheaper price.
I saw that Xbox 360 is going to be using an ATI video card chip, meaning that the ps3 will probably use nVIDIA or some other generic alternative. If so, I would probably end up being an nVIDIA fan. Cause Xbox teamed up with ATI is a bad combo. in my opinion.
Either ways I am going to get a ps3. If it comes out at the end of this year, or beginning of next year I will wait till about late 2006 to late 2008 to buy one. Not really in much of a rush to buy one cause alot of their games come out for PC too. And that wont mean that they will all the sudden stop making games for PS2 aswell.
My guess-timate is they will stop making PS2 games sometime in the next few years. Why? Because they stopped making titles for PSX games about 1-3 years ago. But they still make some PSX games that no one plays anymore. Like NCAA 06'. I am a big Sony fan, my Monitor is a Sony. My TV is a Sony. My PC is made by Sony. I own a PSX from about 97' to 98' (one of those old, non-remodeled ones.) and it still runs like a dream, never had a single problem with it even though I still play it alot.
Cost about 200 bucks at the time, and the games were 50 each just like PS2 new releases now. Now the games are about $3.99 each, newer titles are $9.99 and the system brand-new and remodeled is about $19.99(psONE). I also have one of the old square box type PS2s from about 3-4 years back. Never had a problem with it either.
Although all my friends who had a PSX and PS2 always had them break down in a month to three months, I never had a single problem with either of mines. In my opinion the ps3 will be a big hit. I know alot more people who own PS2s and are happier with them then with their Xbox's, and I also have alot of friends who like their Xbox's better. As for me, I am sticking with Sony all the way.
