[PSP] Help Me Please

i need help with videos i got alot of videos on my comp that i want on my psp but my converters dont work if i use them then put that on my psp it says no videos found can someone tell me where to get a good converter or tell what i am doing wrong

where specifically you put your vids in PSP and what is your converter?

use xilisoft converter, they have so many of them, i bet you will find one for PSP conversion ( i have one for my iPod ;-) and for DVD to iPod rips )
