Other: My roles are narrowed to very few champs due to not having vary of rune sets.

How can we guys play Dota together when it is region locked and the ping will be very high, speaking on garena that is.
Are teams still be actively setup? It would be nice to form any sort of team and try to get in some Season 2 amateur tournaments...
