And if you check the website, the servers are having some major problems, so that may be why it's not working atm.
If you register to netmarble, and you don' speak the language, chances are your using a KSSN that doesn't belong to you. Which is illegal, and can get you in serious trouble if/when your caught.
Another thing. I'm pretty sure we're all pissed that it's limited to those two countries atm, but I don't suggest you all use proxies to bypass the country thing, and play on a server that's probably gonna be laggy to you.

Rakion just sucked my ass. It has such good graphics but i got bored of it in 15 minutes. All you do is battle other people which requires no skill except on an archer.

There is monsters on single player or if someone, or yourself spawns one in a game. The game is incredibly fun if you battle with your friends on the korean server or join a room with no lag. Im absolutely sure that there is a NetMarble guide out there if you wanna play with me ;)
