Yeah, its for non-members too. There is just a more to the skill (like every other skill) if you're a member.
I pissed off the "clan leader" in the clan chat I was chilling in and he disbanded the clan lol. Join Rytekk whenever you're online.
I've tried playing again, and me and rs can't get along anymore.
I mean, i remember the days pking with clans and there were no overpowered items.
But im still pretty sure that alot of people have returned to rs just because of the free trade and old school pk.
Working on RuneCrafting right now, anyone who feels like joining me I'm currently using Graahk method + Cwars at world 52. :)
