That's insanely high, mine is rarely 10. >.< Try turning down the graphics a bit in the options.

my FPS is between 58 and 61, but only in fullscreen mode with MODERATED graphic setings, if I max them my pc drops to crawl mode the game barely moves anymore, I suggest those with 7 FPS or 15 FPS to go to the options,
DISABLED ANTI ALIAS or reduce it to 2x because thats what slows down the most and for the rest, make the settings moderate

All my settings are cranked RIGHT down. My landsacpe is basically flat, rofl.

In that case I guess thats hopeless
though my graphic card is only Gforce8600 GTS, a 2 year old model and it still works perfectly fine
you might want to try to update your graphic card drivers, by doing so, the performance increases without new hardware

Do you have V-Sync on ?
I'm getting about 80 fps constant with everything maxed.

I tried lowering settings and maxing them, still hovers at 60
It's not like i mind though, 60 is more than enough

This topic makes me so sad that open beta is over. :(
I also got awful fps averaging like 6 or 7. I never tried turning down anti alias... wonder if that would've made a difference.
