PSP 2.01+ firmware (although 1.5 firmware is the best cause you dont need an eloader)
eLoader .97
memory card (1-2gig recommended)

seriously, i have so much homebrew on my psp its amazing... i even got DDR lol!!!
i still say that 1.5 is the best for emulators

plus snes is awesome on it!!!
