Never compared it to WoW did I? But if you wish, let me point out that WoW chose it's graphics, aside from it's own unique style, but also for it being pretty much playable on ANY computer.
Aside from looks, combat in WAR is so bloody slow... and thus imo makes for dull PvP AND PvE.
Let me guess, you played it to lvl 6 and sucked at it?
Don't judge the game over tier 1, and if you are going to play till you hit lvl11 and start actually doing well in tier 1. The game was balanced not for low lvls, not for 1v1, but for keep raids with loads of people running around.
Granted WoW worked on every computer, but I'd rather not play with mac users! Plus frankly in large scale PvP a crap PC isn't going to get you very far anyway. Might as well crash early on than getting to 40 and finding a good portion of the gameplay is unplayable for you.
WoW graphics style is shit tbh, seriously who the hell liked that stuff? It was ok but after a while they just went OTT with the larger=better mentality. In WAR tanks need big armour, because you cant run through people, and healers need to be as small as possible :)

Been watching some videos on the game and to be honest it looks great, I think if I got back into gaming this would be the one I would be playing. The graphics are all down to opinion, while I still like the look of WoWs graphics I think that WAR is better.
As for gameplay I can only go on what I am told, but apparently it is much more fun leveling as you can get PvPing from a lower level.
I hope to be posting up when I have opened my account.

it feels slow because of the GCD , on Wow its 1sec , on War its 1.5 Secs
What really makes me laugh is people saying OMG CTD omg its fucking slow WAR , I play it on an AMD64 3000+ with an Nvidia 6600GT AGP with just 1GB RAM
Yes it lags a LITTLE on major rvr ( 50vs50 for example ) but PVE or Scenarios it doesnt
There isnt any 1vs1 ( THANK GOD ) the pvp here its TeamWork ( Realm vs Realm ) not a Big fucka Rambo wannabe that wipes 1 guy in 1 hit at the same level
I like it and for me Wow was getting too much the same shit , RAID , FARM RAID FARM FARM FARM and Raid ( Dont talk about PVP cos I was a Holy Nerfed to kingdom come Priest )
I completly agree, WoW is so boring now and I cant really see anything in the expansion that is going to change the fact.
Also Aka, I cant believe how well it runs on that! I have been told it is recommend to have 3gb of RAM which I thought was fairly power hungry. To be honest I would like to try it out but if I invest in a PC in the near future it isnt going to be anything to OTT so it is nice I could run the game with some lower specs.
EDIT : Just found the specs myself, and it is not near as power hungry as I thought looking even better.

On WoW, i just have a lv 44 Dreani Mage
on WAR, i got my character to Max level 40 Archmage on Pheonix Thorne, i had to restart my character becasue i hit the Max and got all the Bounses wheni restart :P
