Internet : MapleStory Private Servers
Normal : Counter-Strike

There can't be a single "best of all time" it's purely opinionated unless you're going by critical reception or copies sold!

The entire elder scrolls series. Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim are the only ones on steam I believe.
