What Next Gen. Consoles Are You Planning To Get?

I intend to get all 3, because im a true gamer. I dont play favorites with consoles. If a console makes a game i like, i get the console. I dont care if the console is named "IBLOWMEN" and made by the Kraft cheese company. As long as it has a good game, ill get it. Aint met a console yet that had NO games i liked. *points to xbox, ps2, gamecube, dc, ps, 2 pc's, N64, nes, snes, sega genesis, sega cd, gb, gbc,gba all sitting in my room* Any systems i dont have are only missing cause i havent managed to get my hands on it yet. I just love video games, period.

tbh xbox doesnt let u play online unless youre gold... if ur just silver (aka dont pay) yoy lose lots of xbox live features such as online play

tbh i thought killzone played and looked shite. not a single game that came out for ps2 interested me. and playstation don't even know how to set up a online gaming service. look at their current one. i pre-ordered a ps2 and read the manual they reckoned every house in the UK would have broadband by 2003, which shows they need a reallity check. in this generation whats gonna count is the software. and tbh there isn't a single developer working for ps that i wan't to hear about.

I don't see why you guys bother to post specs, if you buy a console system for its specs thats just geeky.

I'm getting xbox360, there are a bunch of crazy games that I love that are coming out, its pretty cheap for everything you're getting, and XBL owns.

I hate the sony fans who think that ps3 is gonna take microsoft out of business. How stupid can you be? PS3 is coming out like a year after xbox360, which gives xbox much more of an advantage as they will be able to sell it during xmas holidays. Plus, I'm pretty sure most good games that ps3 will have, 360 will have too. But ps3 won't have quake4, and I don't think it will have the new morrowwind, and I don't think it will have most of the other good games that 360 will.

Also, have you guys seen the PS3 controller? It looks like something a whore from my school would masterbate with.

We are talking about PS3 here, also. Killzone looked like shit? Big deal. Have you even seen the trailer for Killzone 2 coming out for the PS3?

Games will be priced the same for both of em...and the prices will be high... so i guess its just a matter of which one you liked better to begin with, in other words if you like halo, you're gonna get xbox 360, if you don't you'll get ps3.

i had a friend that bought all the current gen ones :( that was 3 years ago :(.. it looked so cool to see a ps2, gamecube, xbox, and some older ones lined up neatly on a desk :P i wanted it :O

did you guys ever seen the xbox360 specs?? man i laught when i saw them! I think Bill Gates should stick to his windows cause he can't do shit on game consoles. And also man the psp! is matching with the xbox360! i mean a handhelded console with a xbox360 (lol). So i think xbox360 hasn't got any chanse with the ps3.

have you ever seen the ps3's games than? and if u do remember that its from the demo machine which is 20% weaker than the actual ps3

The ps3 looks great. And the games that there showing look unbeliveable. The only thing I hope that dosnt happen is they do like xbox and try to make you pay more for the best combo. That and i always liked playstation games. The real reason why I have a Xbox is halo1-2 and reason why I have G-Cube is Link. So yea pretty much a playstion all the way.

to play Morrowind Oblivion i'll use a PC thank you lol , i hate any Rpg for any console ( I play them but i hate them since all Rpgs should be on a PC :P


I'm gonna buy the xbox 360 and the Ps3 , i dislike nintendo consoles since Mario and the Monky game :P


Xbox because there's games i like it ( beside it will be free for me )


Ps3 since its from Sony and there's plenty of games for it ( Mainly the Jap ones , Square , Konami ( football ) ( We10 - fifa sucks compared to any winning eleven soccer game )



btw both consoles arent out yet , and we didnt SAW any Game rolling on anyone just some stupid Demos runned from a PC or MAC :P

wtf and look to Fifa and the nhl games all for Xbox ? wtf are they ?
look to simple fucked games like KotorII and the Fable one ( too short and not complete )

problem of the Xbox is that games are all from E.A ( sucks ) the major games comes all from the Asia side ( Square , Konami )

Name me a Decent Racing game for Xbox ( Compare it to Gran Turismo 4 and Enthusia )



, the other post saying that a Console cant be upgradable , err i did upgrade mine , i put a chip , changed the laser disc , changed the power , upgraded the HDD , just couldnt change the gfx , but well at least its better than a P3 700Mhz , with a Geforce FX built in it ( aka Xbox )



Do you really think that for instance Xbox is going to sell in Japan ? :P its going to be like the xbox failure , if a Xbox cant handle 1 week of Pure Gaming it doesnt deserve to be called Console ( Mine Ps2 can handle 15 days of straight game play :P I've tested it )

Ive been a nintendo fan for like ever but ive seen the revolution and their *wand* and i decided for a change becuase i have a psp and it rocks (I am now able to use internet browser on it) so i am getting a PS3 it looks cool and ive seen the specs the games and well im sold ill tell you that much. my brother on the otherhand wants a Xbox360 so i guess ill have both of them at my house :P
