dreamcast didnt tank.
wat happend was SEGA of america hadnt given much support to the sega saturn(in america) so SEGA japan didnt give much support to dreamcast (in japan). acutally Dreamcast did VERY GREAT in america but the dam japanese SEGA screwed it up in japan. It's not easy selling a system that sux at 3d but good at 2d in america which is why sega america pulled the plug on the saturn. but sega japan just ruined it for sega america.
the dreamcast had good sales.
I think i'll stick with either nintendo and sony, they know what they are doing, there wasn't anything in xbox that appealled to me.
I'll get nintendo because simply love those out of reality games like mario and link, mario party catches me everytime. I don't care if they are kiddie or easy, if they make me laugh or have something strange to it, great, you've got me.
Sony ps, there is alwayz a game I like with ps so get one of them too, though nintendo comes first.
Specs don't catch or even make sense to me, i'll only buy a console if enough games appeal to me.^^
I woulden't mind gettig the nintendo revolution when it decreases in money.
The dream cast did tank. Its been proven that at launch that they didnt even sell all the ones they made.Even the 1st month you could find dream casts every where. What screwd dream cast was not having a "Dvd" You look at ps2 launch everything was sold out for weeks. The Sega Dream Cast was doing allright but nonthing near aswome. i meant the dreamcast had a good launch in america but it tanked in japan making sega america poorer and that made the dc suck.
Im saying overall they wernt that great. and Amercia still had tons of them laying around not being bought at stores after 1 week lol.
im still love PlayStation than others

Knowing me I will probally end up with all three of them. Don't know why but I did that witht he current generation systems. In fact the only thing I never owned was a Sega Saturn (or the Sega Genesis addons). Just will be odd of me not getting them all. =/

I won a xbox 360 and everything I was saying is true about the over heating issue lol. Its a good system but I still support ps3 and reveloutions over all if your geting a xbox 360 and say theres no over heating issue stick your hand behind the fan after 30 minutes of play it feels like a hair dryer on scortch on full blast lol.
Lol.. I guess I'm lucky I live in Toronto :P
yea I also heard that the fan can easly get over worked and needs a huge area to blow in. Or it can overheat and fry it self.
i'm planning to get the PS3 because it PWNS
