Which Call of Duty is your favorite?

World at war, but I like Black Ops.

Omg mw2 stunk... Call of duty 4 set the standard for all call of duty games. in my oppinoin it goes

1.Call of duty 4
2.Black ops (due to zombies)
3.MW3
4.MW2
5. World at War (NAZI ZOMBIS DEBUTE!)
6.COD 2
7.COD 1
8.COD 3(By far the worst cods)

reason why world at war was bad is there was no title or emblems... Terrible kill streaks 7 kill for dogs -.-
stupid weapons. No golden guns :(((( lol. Only thing that was going for this is that they created the best game nazi zombies. If they didnt create this game I would of only spent 2hours on this game cause how boring it would of been.

Modern Warfare 3, and Call of Duty 4 here. Black Ops is kinda ok I guess :P

I like Black Ops the best, IMO it has the best Zombies Mode and gameplay, plus the Story is a lot more intense and captivating!

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare - Without a doubt this changed the way we look at FPS games.

Black Ops because its the first one I played, WAW second.

The question is really, single player or multiplayer?

Ever since CoD4 the multiplayer hasn't changed all that much. Few tweaks here, a few new features here, but he same formula for years now. The MP in CoD4 was amazing so they never needed to change it much. Though in my opinion it fails in comparison to other games *cough*cough*Battlefield*cough*cough*

As for the single player, that's lopsided. Infinity Ward has amazing production values and story writing. I loved all of their games with the exception of Modern Warefare 3. That game was rushed out the door and never gave the same thrills as other games they have done. As for Treyach, I can't stand their multiplayer games. Their first CoD games on the PS2/XBox were simply awful, CoD3 was an utter waist of time, World at War was a joke, and Black Ops put me to sleep. They never engaged me enough to get into them at all.

So to rank them based on MP, then go with the newest. Everything from CoD4 is just an updated version of the previous year's game. Nothing's changed much and it works (though in my opinion it's been over done after 5 games).

To rank them based on SP experience then it would be:
CoD4 --> simply amazing
CoD2 --> best WW2 game ever
MW2 --> a great tiller with amazing pacing
CoD1 --> revolutionary for it's time
CoD1 expansion pack --> I don't remember it's name but it was a lot of fun
MW3
BOps
World at War
CoD3

4th, when they got everything right for once. After that, they got carried away with perks and making the game noobfriendly.

I've got two! Call of Duty 2 and Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare! Gah such incredible stories and gameplay!

I am gong to have to say Black Ops !
