Blueray is a bad point to use, because the blueray disks gets damaged so easely.
And they cannot garantee you that the data on a blueray remains intact the next 5 years..
The higher the capacity the higher the risk i guess..

Why is the ps3 a ' nub ' console ? as far i know the preformance of the ps3 is much higher then the 360.. the ps3 has a free-subscribtion online network instead of the x360 witch can be pretty expensive.. also i would ref. the x360 more to a kid-like console then the ps3 witch contains more simulation / realistic games.

PS3 - Good for quality games (Graphic fanatic)
PS3 isn't that good, because most of the cost is from the blueray shit, but then again, PS3 is the only available hardware with blueray that sells for under 300.00 CAD(325.00 USD)
It really does have good handling, and barely ever laggs. Overall, PS3 is for people who really want to just play alone or with people at their house
xbox360 - Probably the most enhanced graphic rendering out, more powerful than PS3 for sure.
PS3 has a 3.2 cell processor, while 360 stands at 3.2 multi cell processor. I'm not sure what PS3 has for graphic rendering, but xbox 360 has a custom ATI graphic renderer which is able to buffer a 1082 hd with no lagg :tongue:

Buy PlayStation3. I got PS3 and I love it, basically it got better graphic, its just like the reality AND you can play Online for free without paying anything to Sony. I recommend you PS3 ;). IVe been a playstation user for a very long time since the first playstation and think about it when it came out to the stores ;). BlueRay is included in it also so you can watch BlueRay DVD's on your PlayStation3 :D.

-Best games (Gears of War 2) (Fable 2) (Halo 3 is ok) (Lots more)
-Online games on most games and better communication with friends
-More people use xbox360 and it has most games PS3 has but better
-Less expensive and much more fun (In my opinion)

neither xbox360 nor ps3, get wii.

To be honest, get a PSX with FF7 and FF8.
